We can not guarantee that the domain name you want to register will be registered in your name or that it can be registered by or for you. Until you receive notification that your desired domain name or names have been registered, you should not assume that they have been registered.
The terms and conditions of use imposed by the appropriate naming authority—ICANN for domain names ending in.COM, NET, or ORG, and Nominet for domain names ending in.UK—apply to the registration and use of your domain name. You must make sure you are aware of and abide by these terms and conditions. You will not be able to file a claim against us for not registering a domain name. Even if the naming authority decides not to register your preferred name, any administration fees you pay us are non-refundable.
We will not be held responsible for how you use any domain name; any disagreement between you and another individual must be settled between the parties. In the event of such a dispute, we reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel the domain name at our sole discretion and without providing a justification. Although we are not required to participate in any such dispute, we will have the right to submit representations to the appropriate naming authority.
Until we have received complete payment for a domain, we will not give it to another provider. All fees that you must pay for the services must be in line with the rates and charges that we periodically post on our website and must be paid in full before we provide the services.
We reserve the right to immediately stop providing you with services if any amount owed is not paid on or before the due date, without affecting our other rights and remedies under this agreement.
You agree to hold us harmless and to indemnify us for any violations of these terms of business as well as any third-party claims arising from the services we have provided to you and your use of those services.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend the Services and/or terminate this Agreement without providing you with notice if you do not pay any amounts owed to us when they become due.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate this agreement if you violate any of these terms and conditions and do not fix the violation within seven (7) days of our providing you with written notice of the violation.
We have the right to immediately terminate this agreement if you become insolvent, engage into an agreement with your creditors, or suffer the appointment of an administrator or administrative receiver.
We have the right to immediately ban your website and delete all of the data on it in the event that this agreement is terminated or the services are suspended. Although we have the right to remove all of this data, we may, at our discretion, retain it for as long as we think necessary to give you the opportunity to retrieve it at your cost, provided that you pay us in full for any outstanding balances.
Partners
Affiliates are not allowed to alter, conceal, or disguise the affiliate link. It must be used exactly as the client area displays it.
Spam and advertising are prohibited on websites that violate the showing site’s policies. If you do this, the URL will be reported.
Policy for Refunds
Please get in touch with our support staff if you’re dissatisfied with any portion of our service, and they will try to make things right. You have 30 days to request a refund if the issue cannot be resolved and you are dissatisfied with the service. After the 30-day period, there are no returns.

Unless otherwise specified, we will not issue refunds if we terminate your hosting or other services for violating our Acceptable Use Policy or any other part of our Terms and Conditions. Your legal rights are unaffected by this.
Your account’s credit must be utilized for purchases and renewals; it cannot be refunded.
The thirty-day refund does not apply to dedicated servers. We reserve the right to issue refunds. There are no refunds for setup fees.
The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to accounts that were bought during a promotion, whether or not a promo code was used.
Any money given to NowUltraTech.com that exceeds the amount owed is only eligible for credit reimbursement; refunds are not available.
Conditions of SLA
You will receive a free month if your service’s uptime falls below 99.99% in any given month. After our monitoring falls below this threshold, you have seven days to claim this.
This warranty does not apply to planned maintenance, which will be disregarded. There is presently no SLA for dedicated servers.
Our status page and monitors alone are used to determine the uptime level.
Conditions for Free Domains
With every hosting service, you will receive a complimentary domain name for a duration of 12 months, domains renew at regular price..
Each account will only be able to register one domain for free.
There is a three-month minimum hosting term, after which you can move the domain to another host if you’d like. Additionally, during this period, the domain cannot be transferred to another client.
The right to cancel or resell your domain is reserved by NowUltraTech.com if you terminate your hosting before the three-month paid period.
Only names ending in.com,.net,.biz,.co.uk,.org.uk, and.me.uk are eligible for the promotion.
Provision of Services
Our systems will automatically generate a receipt for you as soon as your payment is successful. For future reference, kindly print a copy of this and keep it in a secure location.
This receipt will provide your unique customer username, which you should use to contact NowUltraTech.com with any questions.
Please be aware that our goal is to deliver everything as soon as the signup process is finished. You will be notified by phone, email, or both if we are unable to follow this. When services are rendered, payment will be subtracted.

Coverage: If you are a single subscriber, everyone who accesses your account is subject to these terms and policies. All of your employees, agents, and/or clients are subject to these terms and policies if you are a commercial subscriber. In either case, anyone using your account who violates these Terms and Policies will be considered to have violated them.
Prices and Charges: NowUltraTech.com offers you free usage of cPanel and domain management panels; but, we reserve the right to charge you if we incur any fees as a result of your misuse or abuse.
Term: You may use the service for as long as you want, but we reserve the right to stop you from using it if you use it in a way that goes against the terms of usage.
Backups: In the event of a server failure, NowUltraTech.com performs four backups every day, solely for our own use. To restore files, though, you can also log in to the backup server. We are not liable for data loss, nor is this intended to take the place of maintaining your own backups.
Reasons for Termination and Suspension
You consent to abide by these policies and terms. Your account may be suspended or terminated by NowUltraTech.com for any infraction of these Terms and Policies or any of the other rules, regulations, or policies mentioned above. You acknowledge that NowUltraTech.com may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if any of the following occurs.
- Making use of the Service in a manner that violates any applicable law, legislation, court order, tariff, regulation, or treaty (including but not limited to criminal and international law, intellectual property, communications, and privacy).
The hosting of pornographic websites. Legal adult content is acceptable, but it cannot take center stage on your website. - Abusing or violating the privacy or property rights of others by using the service, including but not limited to sending unsolicited bulk emails (also known as “spamming”). - Attempting to breach security by using the service, or actually breaching the security of any computer network, including the service itself, or gaining access to a file, message, or account that is not yours.
- Making use of your account as a fallback. Every file needs to be included on your website and connected from your account. Clients of dedicated servers are not affected by this.
- Making use of the Service in a way that conceals the sender’s name or location by forging or misrepresenting headers, addresses, or other identifying information in emails or websites, or by employing any other technique. Applications hosted on Proxy Servers fall under this category.
- Putting cracks, warez, or other illegal software on the internet, linking to it, or storing it.
- Directly or indirectly disseminating content protected by copyright.
- Overusing the service in a way that restricts other users’ access to bandwidth.
- Giving false or insufficient contact information, such as a name, phone number, and mailing address.
- Running server programs, such as mail servers, IRC servers, gaming servers, FTP servers, Web servers, or streaming audio/video servers, using the Service.
- Making unauthorized relays through any third-party systems using the service.
- Making an effort in any manner to obstruct or refuse service to any Internet user or host.
- If you chargeback any past or current transactions, your account will be suspended until the issue is fixed. We reserve the right to terminate your account and refuse any further transactions if a chargeback is made.
- Using the Service for mail bombing, which is any situation in which a number of mails are sent to a particular address with the goal of making the recipient and/or the electronic system that serves them inoperable.

You acknowledge and agree that posting any information or content to any website or newsgroup on the Internet, including but not limited to posting to websites, whether or not they are hosted on NowUltraTech.com equipment, posting to newsgroups, and participating in online chat sessions, is entirely your responsibility. You commit to defending and holding NowUltraTech.com, its staff, and other clients and subscribers blameless against any lawsuits, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenditures resulting from your posts.
- By using the Service to send or receive voice communications, you acknowledge that NowUltraTech.com is not acting as a telephone or telecommunications carrier, that it makes no representations regarding the Service’s suitability for such use, that you bear all connection, transmission, and communication accuracy risks, and that NowUltraTech.com bears no responsibility whatsoever for the failure or poor quality of such use of the Service.
- If spamming or other violations of Section 5 above cause NowUltraTech.com to suffer losses or a loss of service, you agree to be responsible for those damages. These damages include, but are not restricted to, loss of peering arrangements, retaliatory attacks or data flooding, and system shutdowns. You consent to NowUltraTech.com being able to take legal action against you for any such allegations.
- You acknowledge that NowUltraTech.com will never be held financially responsible for you.
- Warranty: Regardless of what you may have told NowUltraTech.com about your intended use of the service, No oral advice or information provided by NowUltraTech.com or its employees shall create a warranty or otherwise alter the provisions of this section. NowUltraTech.com makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of title, non-infringement, and merchantability or a particular purpose, regarding the service or any software or other material available through the service.
- The service and any software that NowUltraTech.com provides to you are provided on a “as is, as available” basis; NowUltraTech.com does not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that errors will be fixed; it also does not guarantee that any data stored on the service will be secure or backed up.
Use of Resources
The user may not: Spend more than 60 seconds using 10% or more of the system’s resources. No subscriber’s name, address, phone number, email address, or other personally identifiable information will be disclosed to a third party by NowUltraTech.com without the subscriber’s prior consent, as required by a valid court order or administrative order, such as a subpoena, or as needed to provide the service. In order to run its business, NowUltraTech.com may give third parties aggregate data on its subscribers.
Conflicts
You consent that if there is a disagreement between you and NowUltraTech.com that cannot be settled between you and NowUltraTech.com over your use of the Service or any aspect of your subscription to and/or use of the Service, the aggrieved party will submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of Bangla and English law.
The governing law
The laws of Sacramento, California regulate these terms and policies in every way.
How to Cancel
Requests for cancellations must be made via the client area. Press ‘Request Cancellation’ after selecting the symbol next to the package you want to cancel. After that, you have to fill out the form and send it in.
If you select “immediate cancellation,” your service will end 24 hours after you submit the form.
You are in charge of making sure that any PayPal subscriptions you have set up are terminated.
